He worked as a teacher of the Santur instrument at the Institute of Musical Studies in Baghdad.
He worked as a teacher of the Santur instrument at the Music and Ballet School in Baghdad.
He worked as a professor of theoretical music studies at the Institute of Fine Arts in Sulaimanian City in Iraq.
Member of the Iraqi Artist Association.
Member of the Iraqi Musicians Society.
Founder of the Baghdad House for Iraqi Music Heritage.
He participated in many Arab and international festivals.
He worked with Major Iraqi artists such as Professor Hussein, Professor Nasser Sham, Maestro Ala Mejid, and the artist Anwar Abu Drag.
Today he works as director of the Iraqi Baghdadi Santur, a group of ten women and men Santur players, and as a professor of the Santur instrument at the Maqamat international of Arts and Heritage in Canada.
